How much does a hoodie cost to make in Bangladesh?
We publish an indicative FOB band for hoodies and sweatshirts only once at least three written factory quotes support it. Which fleece weight suits a premium hoodie?
320–360 GSM is a common premium range and 380–420 GSM suits oversized heavyweight blocks. We recommend a weight against your target handfeel and price in the first costing.
Can you do garment-dyed or acid-wash hoodies?
Yes. Garment dye and acid or enzyme washes are done at partner wash units. They add time and cost, and appear as separate lines in your costing.
Do you handle labels and packaging?
Yes. Woven labels, hangtags, polybags and cartons are sourced and attached in the factory.
How do you check quality?
Inline checks during sewing and a third-party final inspection at AQL 2.5 before you pay the balance.
How long does sampling take?
Typically 10–14 days for a proto on stock fabric, plus courier time. Fit and PP samples follow in 1–2 week cycles.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, in person or by video walk-through, arranged once your programme is confirmed.
