Sleepwear & loungewear — FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity for sleepwear and loungewear?

500 pieces per style per colour on stock fabric; 1,000+ for custom-dyed or custom-made fabric. Mills dye in lots of roughly 1,000 metres, which is why custom colours need higher quantities.

How much does a pyjama set cost to make in Bangladesh?

We publish an indicative FOB band for sleepwear and loungewear only once at least three written factory quotes support it. Until then the price guide shows the method and the main price drivers (fabric type and weight, composition and print (placement vs all-over)), and your costing estimate is built line by line from factory quotes.

Can you make matching sets with one fabric and print?

Yes. Sets share one fabric and print, which helps reach the fabric minimum and keeps shades matched between top and bottom.

Are soft modal and viscose blends possible?

Yes, as blends with cotton or elastane. Drape and shrinkage vary by mill, so we approve fabric tests before bulk.

Do you handle labels and packaging?

Yes. Woven labels, hangtags, polybags and cartons are sourced and attached in the factory.

How do you check quality?

Inline checks during sewing and a third-party final inspection at AQL 2.5 before you pay the balance.

How long does sampling take?

Typically 10–14 days for a proto on stock fabric, plus courier time. Fit and PP samples follow in 1–2 week cycles.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes, in person or by video walk-through, arranged once your programme is confirmed.
