Polo shirts — FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity for polo shirts?

500 pieces per style per colour on stock fabric; 1,000+ for custom-dyed or custom-made fabric. Mills dye in lots of roughly 1,000 metres, which is why custom colours need higher quantities.

How much does a polo shirt cost to make in Bangladesh?

We publish an indicative FOB band for polo shirts only once at least three written factory quotes support it. Until then the price guide shows the method and the main price drivers (fabric type (piqué vs jersey), composition and collar and placket build), and your costing estimate is built line by line from factory quotes.

Can you match a brand or uniform colour?

Yes. Colour is matched through lab dips approved before bulk dyeing. Custom-dyed fabric typically needs 1,000 pieces or more per colour because mills dye in large lots.

Can you embroider logos on polos?

Yes. Embroidery is done in the factory; stitch count and the number of placements feed your costing, and a sewn-out embroidery sample is approved before bulk.

Do you handle labels and packaging?

Yes. Woven labels, hangtags, polybags and cartons are sourced and attached in the factory.

How do you check quality?

Inline checks during sewing and a third-party final inspection at AQL 2.5 before you pay the balance.

How long does sampling take?

Typically 10–14 days for a proto on stock fabric, plus courier time. Fit and PP samples follow in 1–2 week cycles.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes, in person or by video walk-through, arranged once your programme is confirmed.
