Trims and packaging are normally sourced as part of a garment programme: woven labels, hangtags, polybags and cartons are made to your artwork and attached or packed in the factory. The minimum is typically 1,000 pieces per design, and bulk production usually takes 15–25 days. These are indicative ranges, confirmed in your costing.

Trims & packaging — FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity for trims and packaging?

1,000 pieces per style per colour. Mills dye and knit in large lots, so the floor is set by the fabric, not the sewing line; your costing confirms it for your spec.

How much does a trim set cost to make in Bangladesh?

We publish an indicative FOB band for trims and packaging only once at least three written factory quotes support it. Until then the price guide shows the method and the main price drivers (material and thickness, number of colours and artwork complexity), and your costing estimate is built line by line from factory quotes.

Can I order trims and packaging on their own?

Trims are normally sourced as part of a garment programme so they match the order. If you need them separately, say so in your request and we confirm what is possible.

Can labels and hangtags be made from recycled or certified materials?

Recycled LDPE polybags and certified-board hangtags are options; availability depends on the supplier, so we confirm certificates per programme.

Do you handle labels and packaging?

Yes. Woven labels, hangtags, polybags and cartons are sourced and attached in the factory.

How do you check quality?

Inline checks during sewing and a third-party final inspection at AQL 2.5 before you pay the balance.

How long does sampling take?

Typically 7–10 days for a proto on stock fabric, plus courier time. Fit and PP samples follow in 1–2 week cycles.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes, in person or by video walk-through, arranged once your programme is confirmed.
