Price bands and tools are indicative, not offers. A binding commitment only exists once you accept a written quote and we issue a proforma invoice.
1. Using the site and tools
You may use the site, calculators and guides for your own sourcing decisions. Figures are estimates based on dated sources; we are not liable for decisions made on indicative figures alone.
2. Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for the period stated. An order is formed when you accept a quote and pay the deposit stated on the proforma invoice. Specifications, approved samples and the T&A calendar form part of the order.
3. Samples
Protos are free unless stated; later rounds are charged at cost and credited against bulk. Approved PP samples are sealed as the bulk reference.
4. Quality and inspection
Bulk is inspected at AQL 2.5 (major) unless agreed otherwise. Balance is due after a passed final inspection and against shipping documents.
5. Payment
Deposit by bank transfer or LC as stated; balance against documents. Bank details are only valid on our letterhead and confirmed by phone.
6. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the service fee earned on that order, except for fraud or gross negligence. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, including port closures and national strikes. [to be confirmed by counsel]
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are first referred to mediation, then to arbitration under the Bangladesh Arbitration Act 2001 seated in Dhaka, in English. [to be confirmed by counsel]
