01Style information

Give the factory the style name, number, season and a one-line description. Keep the version current: every change gets a new version and date.

02Flat sketch

Front and back flat sketches with the construction details called out (seams, topstitch, pocket position).

PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF up to 8 MB.

03Measurement chart

Finished garment measurements, flat, in centimetres. Every measurement maps to a point of measure (POM) and carries a tolerance.

Comma-separated, up to 10 sizes, for example S, M, L, XL.

  1. 1Download the blank template (XLSX to fill in on screen, PDF to print) or use the online builder below.
  2. 2The builder covers style information, a flat-sketch upload, a measurement chart with tolerances, the fabric and trims bill of materials, colourways, artwork placement, labels and packaging.
  3. 3Everything stays in your browser until you choose to save it to your account.

Questions people ask here

I don’t have a tech pack. Can I still ask?

Yes. A reference garment, or a photo plus key measurements, is enough for a proto. We can build the tech pack during sampling.

Which measurements should I give?

Finished garment measurements, flat, in centimetres, each tied to a named point of measure with a tolerance.

Is my tech pack shared with factories?

Only the spec, never your company name or target price until you accept a quote.

Data sources and dates

Seed values are labelled wherever they are used. A table only loses its review flag when a named person signs it off in the admin tools-data screens.
