Activewear — FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity for activewear?

500 pieces per style per colour on stock fabric; 1,000+ for custom-dyed or custom-made fabric. Mills dye in lots of roughly 1,000 metres, which is why custom colours need higher quantities.

How much does a activewear piece cost to make in Bangladesh?

We publish an indicative FOB band for activewear only once at least three written factory quotes support it. Until then the price guide shows the method and the main price drivers (fabric type and weight, elastane content and seam construction (flatlock, bonded)), and your costing estimate is built line by line from factory quotes.

Can you make seamless or bonded activewear?

Cut-and-sew with flatlock seams is the mainstream build. Seamless knitting and bonded seams need specific machines, so we confirm capability with partner factories before costing.

Do you work with recycled polyester?

Yes. GRS-certified recycled polyester is available through certified partner mills; the certificate is shared per programme.

Do you handle labels and packaging?

Yes. Woven labels, hangtags, polybags and cartons are sourced and attached in the factory.

How do you check quality?

Inline checks during sewing and a third-party final inspection at AQL 2.5 before you pay the balance.

How long does sampling take?

Typically 10–14 days for a proto on stock fabric, plus courier time. Fit and PP samples follow in 1–2 week cycles.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes, in person or by video walk-through, arranged once your programme is confirmed.
