Modern slavery & human rights statement

Our approach to forced labour, child labour and human-rights due diligence in our supply chain.

Version 1.0 · Effective 26 October 2026 · Draft for legal review
IN SHORT

We do not tolerate forced, bonded or child labour. Every factory is visited and audited before it joins our network, and we support buyers’ UK MSA, EU forced-labour and LkSG obligations.

1. Our business and supply chain

We are a buying house: we do not own factories. We work with vetted knit, woven, denim and sweater manufacturers and mills in Bangladesh.

2. Policies

Supplier code of conduct aligned with ILO core conventions; responsible recruitment (no recruitment fees); freedom of association; grievance channels for workers.

3. Due diligence

Site visits by our team, social audits (amfori BSCI, SMETA, WRAP) under 24 months old, RSC building-safety listing, unannounced visits during production, subcontracting only with written consent.

4. Remediation

Where a risk is found we agree a corrective action plan with the factory and track it to closure; if it is not remediated we stop placing orders and inform affected buyers.

5. Training and KPIs

Merchandisers and QC staff are trained annually. We report audits completed, corrective actions closed and grievances received each year.
