Workwear & uniforms — FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity for workwear and uniforms?

1,000 pieces per style per colour. Mills dye and knit in large lots, so the floor is set by the fabric, not the sewing line; your costing confirms it for your spec.

How much does a workwear garment cost to make in Bangladesh?

We publish an indicative FOB band for workwear and uniforms only once at least three written factory quotes support it. Until then the price guide shows the method and the main price drivers (fabric (poly-cotton, canvas), weight and finish (soil release, pre-shrunk) and hi-vis and reflective requirements), and your costing estimate is built line by line from factory quotes.

Do you make hi-vis garments to EN ISO 20471?

Hi-vis polyester (120–200 GSM, EN ISO 20471) is on our fabric list. Compliance is proven by test reports for the specific garment, so we confirm what the partner factory and test lab can provide before costing.

Can you handle repeat orders with matching colours?

Yes. Workwear is usually a repeat programme; the approved pre-production sample stays the reference, so repeat lots are inspected against the same standard.

Do you handle labels and packaging?

Yes. Woven labels, hangtags, polybags and cartons are sourced and attached in the factory.

How do you check quality?

Inline checks during sewing and a third-party final inspection at AQL 2.5 before you pay the balance.

How long does sampling take?

Typically 10–14 days for a proto on stock fabric, plus courier time. Fit and PP samples follow in 1–2 week cycles.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes, in person or by video walk-through, arranged once your programme is confirmed.
