Socks & accessories — FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity for socks and accessories?

1,200 pieces per style per colour. Mills dye and knit in large lots, so the floor is set by the fabric, not the sewing line; your costing confirms it for your spec.

How much does a pair of socks cost to make in Bangladesh?

We publish an indicative FOB band for socks and accessories only once at least three written factory quotes support it. Until then the price guide shows the method and the main price drivers (needle count and yarn, composition and elastane and jacquard or plain), and your costing estimate is built line by line from factory quotes.

Do you make caps and tote bags too?

Yes. Six-panel caps in cotton twill and 10 oz canvas totes are on the list, and they can ship alongside a garment programme.

Can logos be knitted into socks?

Yes. Jacquard knitting puts logos and patterns into the sock itself; the number of colours and the machine determine feasibility and cost.

Do you handle labels and packaging?

Yes. Woven labels, hangtags, polybags and cartons are sourced and attached in the factory.

How do you check quality?

Inline checks during sewing and a third-party final inspection at AQL 2.5 before you pay the balance.

How long does sampling take?

Typically 10–14 days for a proto on stock fabric, plus courier time. Fit and PP samples follow in 1–2 week cycles.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes, in person or by video walk-through, arranged once your programme is confirmed.
