T-shirts — FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity for t-shirts?

500 pieces per style per colour on stock fabric; 1,000+ for custom-dyed or custom-made fabric. Mills dye in lots of roughly 1,000 metres, which is why custom colours need higher quantities.

How much does a T-shirt cost to make in Bangladesh?

We publish an indicative FOB band for t-shirts only once at least three written factory quotes support it. Until then the price guide shows the method and the main price drivers (fabric weight, composition and print / embroidery), and your costing estimate is built line by line from factory quotes.

Can you make heavyweight, oversized T-shirts?

Yes. 220–260 GSM heavyweight jersey is a standard build, with boxy blocks, dropped shoulders and ribbed collars. Heavier fabric adds to fabric cost and freight weight, which your costing shows line by line.

Can you do organic or recycled cotton?

Yes — GOTS organic and GRS recycled blends through certified partner mills. Certificates are shared per programme once the factory is selected.

Do you handle labels and packaging?

Yes. Woven labels, hangtags, polybags and cartons are sourced and attached in the factory.

How do you check quality?

Inline checks during sewing and a third-party final inspection at AQL 2.5 before you pay the balance.

How long does sampling take?

Typically 10–14 days for a proto on stock fabric, plus courier time. Fit and PP samples follow in 1–2 week cycles.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes, in person or by video walk-through, arranged once your programme is confirmed.
