How it works

  1. Step 1

    Spec

Weight, composition, handfeel, colour and certificates from your brief or tech pack.

  2. Step 2

    Swatches and lab dips

Options from partner mills; colours approved before any bulk dyeing starts.

  3. Step 3

    Approval

You approve fabric and trims; the approved swatch becomes the reference.

  4. Step 4

    Booking

Fabric and trims are booked to arrive in time for cutting.

  5. Step 5

    Incoming check

Fabric is checked against the approved swatch and spec before it is cut.

Pricing basis

Billed line by line in the FOB price

  • Fabric and trims appear as separate lines in your cost sheet and are part of the FOB price.
  • Our service fee is shown separately, quoted as “from 5%” and confirmed in your costing.
  • Lab-dip and strike-off charges, where a mill makes them, are shown as their own lines.

Questions about Fabric & trims sourcing

Why do custom colours need higher quantities?

Mills dye in lots of roughly 1,000 metres, enough for about 1,000 T-shirts. Stock fabric in running colours avoids the dye-lot minimum, which is how smaller orders are possible.

Can I use a fabric or trim supplier I already work with?

Tell us in the brief. We cost nominated suppliers, check their lead times and confirm whether they fit the production calendar.

Can I get organic or recycled fabrics?

Yes. GOTS organic and GRS recycled fabrics are available through certified partner mills, and the certificates are shared per programme.

Can I order labels and packaging on their own?

Trims are normally sourced as part of a garment programme so they match the order. If you need them separately, say so in your request and we confirm what is possible.
