How it works
- Step 1
Brief review
You send a tech pack, reference garment or sketch. We confirm what is clear and what is missing.
- Step 2
Tech-pack check
We complete measurements, construction notes, trims and packaging with you.
- Step 3
Proto sample
A first sample on stock fabric to check shape, construction and handfeel.
- Step 4
Fit rounds
Measurement and fit comments go back to the factory; the sample is remade until the fit is approved.
- Step 5
Size set and PP sample
Made in bulk fabric and trims. Once approved it is the reference the bulk is inspected against.

Questions about Product development
Do I need a complete tech pack to start?
No. A tech pack, a reference garment or a sketch is enough to start; we tell you what is missing. The free tech-pack template shows what a factory needs.
How long does sampling take?
A proto on stock fabric typically takes 10–14 days plus courier time. Fit and PP samples follow in 1–2 week cycles, so sampling usually runs 2–4 weeks in total.
How many sample rounds will I need?
Most programmes go proto, fit, then PP sample. Jackets and tailored pieces often need an extra fit round because of lining and hardware.
Who pays for samples?
Protos are free. Fit, size-set and PP samples are charged at cost and refunded against a bulk order. Courier is billed at cost.
