What will samples cost and how long until they reach me?
Buyers are often surprised by courier costs and by how many rounds a programme needs. This shows each round, who pays, and when the box lands — so you can plan your calendar before the first email.

How it works
- 1Choose the product, how many rounds you need (proto, fit, size set, PP) and pieces per round.
- 2The proto is free; later rounds carry a per-piece sample charge, and every round carries a courier box to your destination.
- 3Sample charges are credited against the bulk purchase order.

Why is the proto free?
It is how we show you our work. We make protos on stock fabric close to your spec; you pay only the courier, or send your DHL account number.
Can I skip rounds?
A repeat style with an approved pattern can go straight to PP. A new style usually needs proto and fit; a new size range needs a size set.
Where is my sample right now?
Every sample has a tracked location in your portal — at the factory, at our Dhaka QC desk, with the courier, or with you.

Seed values are labelled wherever they are used. A table only loses its review flag when a named person signs it off in the admin tools-data screens.
