DDP
Stands for: Delivered Duty Paid
An Incoterms rule under which the seller delivers goods cleared for import, with duty and taxes paid, to the named place in the buyer’s country.
DDP puts the most responsibility on the seller. It gives one all-in price, but the price embeds duty, so a tariff change shifts the seller’s cost unless the contract says otherwise. In apparel it is usually arranged through a buying house or forwarder that acts as importer of record.
