GLOSSARY TERM

OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100

A certification that tests textile products at every stage of processing for harmful substances, classified into four product classes by skin contact.

Class I covers baby articles and Class II textiles with direct skin contact. It certifies the tested product, not the factory, so request the certificate that names your article and check its number on the OEKO-TEX website.
